BOOKING POLICY

At Face & Body Labs, every appointment is time dedicated just for you. To keep our schedule flowing smoothly and ensure every client receives the best care, please take a moment to read our booking guidelines:

💌 Appointments

All bookings can be made online through our website.
A credit card is required to secure your spot.

💌 Deposits

Some services require a small deposit, which will go toward your final balance.
Deposits are non-refundable but help us hold your appointment with love + care.

💌 Cancellations & Rescheduling

We completely understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made after that time, or missed appointments, will be charged a portion of the service fee, as our time is reserved especially for you.
Repeated no-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments.

💌 Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time so you can enjoy your full service experience.
If you’re running more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to respect the next client’s time.

💌 Refunds & Product Policy

All services are non-refundable, as time and care have already been given.
Products may be exchanged within 7 days if unopened and unused.

💌 Health & Safety

Your well-being is always our top priority. Please share any allergies, sensitivities, or recent treatments so we can keep your skin safe and glowing.
If you’re feeling unwell, we’ll happily reschedule your appointment so you can rest and recover.

💌 Payments

We accept all major credit/debit cards, cash, and approved digital payments.
Gift cards or promotions must be presented at the time of service.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

💌 Confirmations & Reminders

You will receive text/email confirmations and reminders for your appointments.
Please note: reminders are a courtesy — it is ultimately the client’s responsibility to remember their scheduled time.

💌 Results Disclaimer

Every skin type and body is unique. Results will vary depending on lifestyle, genetics, and aftercare.
Consistency and proper home care are key to achieving and maintaining results.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes for treatments.
