At Face & Body Labs, we are committed to delivering your orders with care and efficiency. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and handle deliveries for all online purchases.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During peak times, promotions, or product launches, processing may take longer.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Rates are calculated based on your delivery address and order weight.

Free shipping may be available for promotional periods or orders over a specified amount (details provided at checkout).

All shipments include tracking numbers for your convenience.
3. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Standard delivery times: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Expedited delivery times: 1–3 business days depending on carrier and location.
4. International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries. Costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by their local government.

Delivery times may vary widely due to customs inspections and clearance processes.
5. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, or certain countries due to carrier limitations.

Hazardous materials (such as products containing alcohol or essential oils) may face restrictions in certain regions.
6. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear in carrier systems.
7. Delivery Issues

Face & Body Labs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or events outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses will not be refunded.

If a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received, we recommend checking with neighbors, building staff, or contacting the carrier directly. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for packages confirmed as delivered.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

We will file a claim with the carrier and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit.
9. Pre-Orders & Backorders

If an item is on pre-order or backorder, the estimated shipping timeframe will be displayed on the product page.

Orders containing pre-order items will ship together unless otherwise arranged.
