1. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and approved digital wallets.

  • Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. Please double-check your cart before checkout.

2. Processing & Shipping

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

  • Face & Body Labs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or natural events outside our control.

  • Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. Orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error will not be replaced or refunded.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Because skincare products are considered personal-use and hygienic items, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products.

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us at [your email] within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review and provide a replacement or store credit if approved.

  • Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued if a product is deemed defective and a replacement cannot be provided.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

6. Promotions, Discounts & Gift Cards

  • Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be retroactively added to an order.

  • Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

  • Gift cards are digital only, non-refundable, and valid for online purchases only.
