At Face & Body Labs, our treatment plans are designed to deliver visible, long-term results through consistency and professional care. To maintain fairness, quality, and optimal outcomes for all clients, the following policies apply to all multi-session packages and treatment plans:

• All packages and pre-paid sessions are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

• Packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

• Prices, terms, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

• Sessions may not be split or shared between multiple clients.

⚡ Scheduling & Attendance

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for each appointment.

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing a session.

• No-shows or late arrivals (15+ minutes) will result in a forfeited session.

• Packages are scheduled at regular intervals for optimal results (varies per treatment type).

• Follow all pre-appointment instructions provided for your specific treatment.

• Arrive with clean, product-free skin on the treatment area.

• Avoid alcohol, blood thinners, tanning, or sun exposure 48–72 hours prior.

• Refrain from waxing, exfoliating, or chemical peels on the area being treated before sessions.
