1. Package Policy

All laser hair removal packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

Packages must be used within 12 months or the end of cycle of the purchase date.

Sessions may not be split or shared between multiple clients.

Any discounts or promotions are valid only at the time of purchase and cannot be combined with other offers.

2. Scheduling & Appointments

Clients are responsible for booking and maintaining their own appointments within the package term.

A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
-
No-shows will automatically result in the loss of one session from the package.

3. Treatment Preparation

The treatment area must be shaved 24 hours prior to your appointment.
-
Do not wax, tweeze, thread, or use depilatory creams at least 2 weeks before treatment.

Avoid tanning, self-tanners, or sun exposure 7 days before and after your session.

Clean skin only: no lotions, deodorant, makeup, or oils on the treated area.

4. Medical Disclosure

Clients must disclose any medications, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities before each session.

Certain medications (like antibiotics, Accutane, or photosensitizing drugs) may require a temporary pause in treatment for safety.

Pregnant or breastfeeding clients are not eligible for laser hair removal.

5. Results Disclaimer

Laser hair removal provides permanent hair reduction, not guaranteed permanent removal.

Results vary based on skin tone, hair color, hormonal balance, and consistency of treatments.

Missed or delayed sessions may impact effectiveness and overall results.

Maintenance sessions may be required for long-term smoothness.

6. Liability & Consent

By booking, you confirm that you have read and understood the pre- and post-care instructions and agree to follow them.

Face & Body Labs and its practitioners are not responsible for adverse reactions caused by non-compliance with instructions or undisclosed medical history.

Clients must sign a Laser Hair Removal Consent Form before beginning treatment.
